For bank transfer refunds, provide the details requested in the return form. Keep your RMA number until the request is completed.
Once your request is approved, you may send the parcel to the address below, following the instructions provided for your RMA number.
The right of withdrawal and any exceptions apply in accordance with current legislation and the nature of the products. Submitting the form registers your request but does not automatically mean the return has been approved.
