Domestic orders

Payment on delivery

For eligible orders delivered in Romania, you can pay for your order when you receive the parcel.

The cash-on-delivery option is automatically shown at checkout when available for your order and selected address.

Cash-on-delivery processing fee The applicable fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Available only for eligible domestic orders.
Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel.
The total amount and any fees are shown before placing the order.

Domestic and international

Online card payment

Card payment is available directly at checkout and is processed through NETOPIA Payments.

Card details are entered and handled in the payment processor's secure system.

Fast and secure payment.
N9 Store cannot access your full card details.
Available for domestic and international orders.
Payment is confirmed electronically.

Online payments processed securely

Card details are sent to the secure NETOPIA Payments platform. N9 Store does not store or have access to the full card number, expiry date or security code.

Secure transaction Online payment is processed through NETOPIA Payments.

Protected data N9 Store cannot access full card information.

Payment for international orders

For orders shipped outside Romania, payment is made exclusively online by bank card through NETOPIA Payments. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
