The 3+1 promotion
Add 4 eligible products to your basket and pay for only 3. One of the 4 products you add becomes free automatically.
The 3+1 offer does not mean adding only 3 products and automatically receiving another.
For the promotion to activate, there must be at least 4 eligible products in the cart.
You must add all 4 products yourself. The system then automatically applies the free item.
If you only have 3 products in your cart, the promotion is not yet active and N9 Store will not automatically add a fourth product.
What does the 3+1 promotion mean?
For each complete group of 4 eligible products added to your cart, you get one free item.
- Add at least 4 eligible products to your cart.
- No promo code is required.
- The discount is calculated automatically in the cart.
- The lowest-priced eligible product assigned to the offer becomes free.
You don't need to choose a separate free gift.
The promotion applies to products you have already added to the cart.
- No additional product is added automatically.
- You can combine different eligible products.
- You can also add multiple units of the same product.
- The discount appears automatically in the cart total.

Example with different products
Suppose you add four eligible products to your cart priced at 59 lei, 57 lei, 39 lei and 19 lei.
The promotion activates automatically, and the product priced at 19 lei, as the cheapest eligible product in the offer, becomes free.
You do not receive a fifth product and do not need to choose a separate free gift.
What happens if I add 4 units of the same product?
The promotion also works when you add 4 units of exactly the same product.
In this case, the free product does not appear separately in the cart as an additional product or a separate “FREE” line.
The cart will still show a quantity of 4 units, but the total is automatically recalculated so that you only pay for 3 units.
What happens if the cheapest products are two units of the same product?
Suppose you add the following 4 eligible products to your cart: a product priced at 59 lei, a product priced at 57 lei and 2 units of the same product at 19 lei each.
In this case, you have 4 eligible products, so the 3+1 promotion gives you one free item. The free item is worth 19 lei because this is the lowest price among the eligible products.
Because the two products priced at 19 lei are identical, the cart will still show a quantity of 2. However, one of the two units is free.
In other words, seeing “2 units” in the cart does not mean you pay for both. The system keeps the ordered quantity but recalculates the line total so that you only pay for one unit.
The offer applies to every complete group
Each complete group of 4 eligible products includes one free item.
The promotion is not active yet. A fourth product is not added automatically.
You have a complete 3+1 group and receive 1 free product.
There is only one complete group of 4, so you receive 1 free product. The other 2 products are charged at the regular price.
There are two complete groups of 4, so you receive 2 free products.
Which products qualify?
The promotion applies to eligible products included in the 3+1 offer.
- Products already on sale are excluded.
- Products included in kits or other incompatible offers are excluded.
- Certain products may be individually excluded from the promotion.
- Only eligible products count towards groups of 4.
How is the free item determined?
The system automatically identifies eligible products in the cart and the number of complete groups of 4.
One free item is granted per group, based on the lowest-priced eligible products.
For example, with 8 eligible products, you receive two free items.
The 3+1 promotion cannot be combined with a discount code
If you have applied a discount coupon to your cart, the 3+1 promotion will not be calculated. To benefit from the 3+1 offer, remove the discount code from your cart and the promotion will be recalculated automatically.
The promotion display was updated in May 2026
In May 2026, the wording and presentation of the 3+1 promotion were updated to explain the offer more clearly. The name “3+1” describes the outcome: when 4 eligible products are added to the cart, the customer pays for only 3. This does not mean that adding just 3 products will cause N9 Store to automatically add a fourth product to the order.
You do not add 3 products to automatically receive a fourth. All 4 products must be in the cart, and the system automatically calculates the free item. If there are 4 units of the same product, the quantity remains 4, while the total is recalculated so that one unit is free.
