- attempting unauthorized access to the website, server, or accounts;
- introducing viruses or other harmful components;
- automated, large-scale copying of website content;
- using a false identity or false contact details;

2. Orders and products
Placing orders, availability, and product information.
Placing and accepting orders
Products are selected, added to the cart, and ordered by completing the checkout form.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review:
- selected products and quantities;
- product prices and applied discounts;
- shipping costs and any additional fees;
- payment and shipping methods;
- shipping address and billing details;
- total order amount.
The automatic email confirmation indicates that your request has been received but does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch of the order.
Product availability
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. A product may appear available even though stock has run out before the website is updated.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid will be refunded through the same payment method, unless the parties agree otherwise.
We may limit the maximum quantity ordered, particularly in cases of low stock, promotions, or suspected unauthorized resale.
Product descriptions, images, and use
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, shades, dimensions, and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
Colours may appear different depending on the screen, brightness, calibration and photographic conditions. Minor differences that do not affect the product’s essential characteristics do not automatically constitute a lack of conformity.
The customer must follow the instructions, warnings, and recommendations provided by the manufacturer or shown on the packaging. This does not limit statutory rights relating to nonconforming or defective products.
3. Prices and payment
Prices, NETOPIA Payments, and the cash-on-delivery fee.
Prices, fees, and payment methods
Product prices are those displayed on the website when the order is placed and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any additional fees are displayed separately in the cart or at checkout before the order is submitted.
Online card payment
Card payments are securely processed through NETOPIA Payments. N9 Store does not store complete bank card details.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for certain orders delivered in Romania and is subject to an additional processing fee of 7 lei. The fee is displayed before submitting the order.
International orders
Orders shipped outside Romania must be paid online by card only. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
Pricing or display errors
We strive to keep prices, images and product information accurate and up to date, but technical or data-entry errors may occur.
If a displayed price is clearly incorrect, we will inform the customer before processing the order. The customer may confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
We will not unilaterally change the price of an already accepted order, except to correct an obvious error and only after informing the customer.
4. Delivery and receipt
GLS in Romania, and GLS or DHL internationally.
Order delivery
Orders within Romania are shipped via GLS, to the address specified in the order.
International orders are shipped via GLS or DHL, depending on the destination country and the service available at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, volume, order value and the available delivery method.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, holidays, weather, customs procedures or courier delays.
Customers must provide a complete address and correct phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details or the courier being unable to contact the recipient.
Receiving your parcel
Upon receiving the parcel, customers are asked to check the packaging and, if possible, the condition of the products.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend noting this on the courier documents, taking photographs and contacting us as soon as possible.
Signing delivery documents without remarks does not remove the consumer's statutory rights regarding product non-conformity.
5. Returns and refunds
Right of withdrawal, online form and refunds.
Right of withdrawal and product returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date they take physical possession of the products, as provided by law.
The request can be submitted using the online form on the returns page. Products must be returned without undue delay, within the statutory period, and properly protected for transport.
Consumers may handle products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this limit.
Products that may be excluded from returns
- sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed;
- products made or personalized to customer specifications;
- products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- other products exempted by law.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due within the statutory period using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until the products are received or proof of their return shipment is provided, taking into account the relevant date under the law.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered are not refundable, within the limits established by law.
6. Warranties and conformity
Consumer rights for non-conforming products.
Statutory guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021. For consumers, the minimum statutory guarantee for new goods is two years from delivery.
If a product is non-conforming, the consumer may be entitled, as applicable, to:
- product repair;
- product replacement;
- proportionate price reduction;
- termination of the contract, as provided by law.
To bring goods into conformity, consumers may choose between repair and replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionate.
Any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer does not limit the rights provided by the statutory guarantee of conformity.
To report a non-conforming product, contact us at contact@n9store.ro, stating the order number and describing the issue.
7. Data, communications and intellectual property
Transactional messages, personal data and website content.

8. Liability, complaints and legal provisions
Limitation of liability, third parties, disputes and applicable law.
Limitation of liability and circumstances beyond our control
We cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or errors, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as:
- natural disasters or extreme weather;
- major communication or power outages;
- cyberattacks or failures of external providers;
- strikes, transport disruptions or customs delays;
- measures imposed by authorities;
- other events of force majeure or fortuitous events.
No provision excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Third-party links and services
The website may contain links or services provided by third parties, governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control or accept responsibility for the content or security of external websites, but we exercise reasonable care when choosing providers essential to the store's operation.
Complaints and dispute resolution
For any issue concerning an order, payment, delivery, return or product, contact us at contact@n9store.ro.
We will try to resolve complaints amicably and respond within a reasonable time, depending on the complexity of the matter.
Consumers may also use the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism administered by ANPC.
If an amicable settlement is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under Romanian law, without prejudice to consumers' rights concerning territorial jurisdiction.
Applicable law and final provisions
This document and contracts concluded through the website are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union rules.
For consumers, no clause limits the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is declared void, unenforceable or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
Failure to exercise a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Placing an order confirms that the user had the opportunity to read and accept the applicable terms before entering into the contract.
